The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, going above and beyond to make me feel at home and providing great tips on exploring the area. We needed some documents printed and we struggled to find the printing place. Steven took us to the store and even stayed to translate. This hotel is relatively affordable considering it's a chain. Close to the airport. Spacious and has everything you needed. Breakfast was great too with a large selection of chinese and western foods.
