The room facilities and location as well as friendly staff are super fantastic… you much try their food from the restaurant, the grilled chicken chop was the most delicious food we had in Switzerland ! Abandoned by our driver into the blizzard and unknown, we called the hotel to ask where they are. We were answered "At your disposal." This minute the spokesperson 'Panagiotis' appeared, to find my white AirPod buried under a meter of snow, and carry our heavy luggage up the steep slope to the hotel. There, we had a re-welcome drink, perfected with humor and brilliant advice. We paid CHF 1140/night, and enjoyed the value. The 'two bedroom suite' offers privacies, yard with hanging wooden cocoon chairs, and balcony with panorama view.
