Very clean, the staff was really nice and welcoming. They've let me leave the luggage before check in. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of choices and vegetable salads

The breakfast was exceptional in it's offerings, freshness and flavor. The staff was friendly and helpful. Robert was beyond exceptional! He went way out of his way to give us an experience of a lifetime! We are so thankful to him!!

From a person who is hard to accommodate and who travels with her own pillow, this was one of the best experiences ever. Impeccable cleanliness, soundproofed rooms, total silence, best sleep ever, elegant design, comfort and functionality thought to perfection, competent and agile staff, delicious food and beverages and an overall pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Hotell Čad asub Ljubljanas, 3,3 km kaugusel Ljubljana raudteejaamast. Kohapeal on aed, tasuta eraparkla, terrass ja restoran. The rooms here are absolutely impeccable, clean, smart, cool, silent air conditioning, reasonable mini bar, complimentary, water, chili are and toiletries. Very warm welcome, staff approachable and friendly couldn’t do enough. Parking convenient. It’s a 15/20 minute walk into town, but if you want the castle it’s around 40 minutes walk as you need to get accross town. However a taxi to the castle is only 8 euros, coming back it was so hot 35 degrees we were at the old town and it was only 4 euros. The walk is through the park if you choose to walk, very pretty. There is a bistro at the hotel, serving snacks and drinks or a la carte. The hotel so has a Resteraunt next door set in a beautiful garden. Food is average. Breakfast here is a la carte and is from 7am, I would say the breakfast is what let the hotel down the most, we had to have breakfast at 7am due to having to leave early, the staff were still vacuuming and the chef not best pleased at cooking an early breakfast and we were served cold uncooked sausages. I would stay here again, as rooms and staff top notch, I’d just avoid the breakfast option.

I think this hotel is not so good shown on Booking as it is in reality. it is a cozy place, right on the river bank with walking street and many many lovely cafes and restaraunts less than 5 minutes walk. Covered city parking is 3 min walk. very easy and they help you with luggage if you need. room was super clean, with glasses for wine, lovly candle and corksrew even available. A TV was greeting me personally by name to the room. The restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel and especially breakfast a-la-cart are above expectations. everybody speaks English perfectly. Though my room had a fake window it was so cozy, soundprof is excellent, bathroom comfortable. there is everything you may need in it. Next time when in Ljubljana - only here! Very friendly personal, good location (~10 min on foot to the old town), super good breakfast, very clean room and very comfortable bed with perfect pillows👌👌👌
