The staff were outstanding - the degree of personalized customer service was exceptional! The hotel in general and the room was impeccably clean, quiet, friendly and welcoming. The amenities were first class, from the pools, gym, lounge, bathrobes, etc, and all provided for a complete and comfortable stay. The location was perfect, quiet, with a view, easy access to cafes, restaurants, bus stops, shopping, etc. I have already recommended this hotel to many friends and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Polite, friendly staff, nothing was a problem and they made my stay feel very special. The hotel was immaculate.The Breakfast in the hotel has been great and also excellent service . Staff is very responsive and would do their best to cater for every request. Would look forward to staying again here.

We would book that again. Receptionist was very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable and pleasant to be in. Nice design. Quiet. Good internet connection. Restaurants, shops and bus stop near.

The attention to detail was apparent, with the addition of L'Occitane products in the bathroom being a delightful touch that did not go unnoticed. Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight. A diverse and delicious spread served by the pool on the rooftop provided a sensational start to the day, coupled with the panoramic vistas that made each morning a special experience in itself. If we find ourselves in Valletta again, there is no question that we will return to The Embassy Valletta Hotel.
