Our Host Mr. Ugain was professional in his customer services and made our stay very comfortable and arrange driver with Car for sightseeing in Bhutan. I am thankful to host for arranging special local Bhutan food dinner for us without any extra cost and also he upgraded our room. If we will visit Bhutan again sure we are staying in this property

Everything ws new and clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfy I did not want to get out in the morning. It is PERFECTLY located where I could look at the mountains as well as walk 10 mins to a quaint and picturesque square. Lunch and dinner were delicious! The STAFF were AMAZING. So very helpful. ...especially the young man at the front (whose name I wrote but lost! ) I would HIGHLY recommend the Willows Hotel! I will definitely stay here again.

Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view of the rice fields and mountains. It was fun to stand on our balcony and watch the planes line up with the runway to land at the airport. The breakfast is filling and delicious. The location is convenient. We walked everywhere. The art in the hallways is like a mini museum. Tashi, who works the reception, is extremely nice and helpful. We liked it so much that we reserved three additional nights.

The room was clean and the bed felt great. The breakfast was huge and I could barely eat everything, and so you get plenty of energy for the day's activities. I like the fact that this hotel is located in a more residential/local business area instead of the regular tourist spots. You get a better feel of everyday life in Thimphu.
