This minute the spokesperson 'Panagiotis' appeared, to find my white AirPod buried under a meter of snow, and carry our heavy luggage up the steep slope to the hotel. There, we had a re-welcome drink, perfected with humor and brilliant advice. We paid CHF 1140/night, and enjoyed the value. The 'two bedroom suite' offers privacies, yard with hanging wooden cocoon chairs, and balcony with panorama view.

The room facilities and location as well as friendly staff are super fantastic… you much try their food from the restaurant, the grilled chicken chop was the most delicious food we had in Switzerland ! The architecture attracted me to make the reservation and it lived up to expectations. FYI, i dont know Basel very well and have not stayed overnight before. It is a good location and easy to get to the concert hall etc. The courtyard is extra special and will be a key reason to return if/when th opportunity arises in the future.
