Muy buen ubicado. El personal muy atento. Las instalaciones súper cómodas y muy buen gusto. Un buen detalle la cafetera en la habitación. El parking público es con cargo pero está a una cuadra del hotel. No ofrece desayuno pero tiene al lado un muy buen lugar para hacer todas las comidas sin tener que salir a la calle. Lo recomiendo!!!!

In pouring rain we received a warm welcome, were given an upgraded room and were overawed with the hotel and it's location. Our room was spacious with every comfort and the bathroom a delight. The bar and restaurant were exceptional with very attentive service. Dinner was superb with unusual, very tasty and generous portions and not overpriced. Breakfast was amazing with, just about, anything you wanted to eat and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The staff could not have been more helpful with finding alternative routes over, or round, the Pyrenees as the Somport Tunnel was closed.

The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He not only booked our reservation for dinner but he also booked our taxi for the next morning. He didn't outstanding job. He also packed a picnic breakfast for the next day because we were leaving before the restaurant opened. The customer service was outstanding!
