The staff were so helpful and kind, especially Da, who went above and beyond for us. The shuttle was very charming and easy to take to the night market and old town.

Muy lindo hotel con gran hospitalidad y excelentes opciones de desayuno. Muy limpio, cama muy cómoda y una excelente atención por parte del personal de trabajo. La atención es la mejor de todas, apenas llegas al lugar te dan un mapa con la información turística importante y brindan algunos precios de referencia de algunos servicios. Tiene limpieza de habitación diaria además de agua, café y té todos los días. La habitación tiene minibar como para refrigerar tus bebidas o compras que hayas hecho y necesites guardar. Muy recomendable!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado a pasos del centro comercial. La habitación era simple pero linda, nuestra ventana tenía vista a la piscina y un gran Buda. El desayuno es rico y había opciones para gustos occidentales y orientales. Todo el personal muy amable 🙌

Everything, the staff is really attentive to your needs and help in a very kind way to get any tours or train tickets the traveler may need to book. The prices of the tours are highly competitive and outstanding. They provide a good breakfast although, the room is spacious , very clean with comfortable beds. The hotel is located in a quiet street for having a nice rest. Highly recommended!

Lovely staff. Helpful and very kind. Lovely hotel in the heart of the old city. Beautiful room. Amazing decoration. Shower and bathroom were incredible (in Laos it's not always the case)! It was quiet and clean. I loved it! I definitely recommend it!

The banana pancakes were so good, the location was very good and 8 min from the night market. The only staff we talked to was so sweet and very attentive. :)) He even asked us to let him know if we arrived safely at our next destination :))
