Loved the whole experience from bungalows to the staff to the food Breakfast was delicious and loved the Samoan dishes eg;vaisalo ,koko alaisa,supo esi,sua masi, Oh the staff from the porter to the receptionist ,restaurant staffs and the cleaners they were fantastic and excellent service We will be back for sure The pool was the best too We loved it that much we extended our stay for another 3 nights !! TV wasn't working during our stay as they were still doing maintenance etc but it didn't bother us at all ,we weren't there to watch TV

El The White House Hotel ofrece alojamiento en Apia. El alojamiento cuenta con consigna de equipaje y restaurante. Se ofrece estacionamiento privado por un adicional. Location was great, within walking distance to a lot of things to do around Apia. Great hospitality from staff, we were greeted with fresh fruit and cold water which was lovely. Also able to store our bags as we weren't flying until 6:15pm and wait in the air conned restaurant until our taxi. The breakfast was the best we had during our two week stay in Samoa!

Este hotel de gestión familiar se encuentra a los pies del monte Vaea y a 950 metros del centro de Apia. Location was good. Rooms were clean and a good size. The complimentary breakfast was good and different every morning. Lupe was super nice and helpful.

El Moatoga Hotel es un hotel de gestión familiar situado en el centro de Apia. I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and during my stay, I unfortunately broke my foot. From the moment it happened, the staff, particularly Fou and Ben, went above and beyond to take care of me. Ben called the ambulance, gave me his crutches (!), and Fou accompanied me to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time, offering incredible support and comfort. The whole team felt like family—checking on me constantly while I was confined to my room for three days due to the injury. They also ensured I had everything I needed, from transportation to meals. I was truly amazed by the level of personal attention and care I received throughout my stay. This wasn’t just customer service; it felt like genuine compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially if you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely care about your well-being. They turned what could have been a difficult situation into a much more manageable and even heartwarming experience.
