El Mercure St. Julian's Malta está ubicado en San Julián, tiene vistas a la bahía Spinola y ofrece habitaciones modernas, centro de fitness, restaurante, bar y terraza con pileta en la azotea. Todo fue espectacular. El desayuno es muy variado y delicioso, fue la mejor manera de empezar el día. Así mismo, quiero resaltar el profesionalismo y carisma de todo el personal del hotel, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y a resolver las dudas que tuve durante mi estadía. Una experiencia que espero repetir pronto, volveré sin dudarlo.

El The Embassy Valletta Hotel cuenta con restaurante, pileta al aire libre, centro de fitness y bar, y está ubicado en La Valeta. Este alojamiento ofrece habitaciones familiares y terraza solárium. Todo perfecto, el personal excelente, mención especial para Chiara! Un 10!!

El The Gomerino Hotel se encuentra en La Valeta, a 100 metros del campus de La Valeta de la Universidad de Malta, y ofrece centro de fitness y bar. A wonderful, elegant, quiet hotel in a great location. The staff is particularly friendly and attentive. If you arrive before the check-in time, you can leave your belongings in the hotel's storage and rush off to explore Malta. The room is cozy, perfectly cleaned every day, there is water, coffee and tea. The bathroom is spacious and clean, only a shelf to store cosmetics/things and hangers for towels, robes, bathing suits are too few. Breakfast is excellent, sweet pastries, cold snacks and hot dishes can be ordered from the menu. The indoor pool is very cozy and warm. The pool on the terrace was a bit cold (because it's winter) but the view is perfect! When we return to Malta (because it is impossible not to return), Gomerino Hotel will be among the top choices for our next stay.

Hyatt needs to figure out what combination of recruitment and training made the Hyatt Regency Malta Hotel's service level possible and replicate it across all of its properties. Whether on a short business trip or a family holiday, our hope is to feel taken care of at the hotel where we are staying. Sometimes guest service at higher-end properties can stray into performance art, which can feel unpleasant. The Hyatt Regency Malta has found the right balance: we felt like we were speaking with, and being spoken to as, humans. It seems ridiculous to put it this way, however, there was a noticeable and memorable difference between this stay and others. As for the amenities, you are spoiled for choice: heated rooftop and spa pools, gym facilities, excellent F&B, and, due to its distinct lack of clutter, an ever-present feeling of freshness wherever you find yourself at the property. Also, the rooftop views of the sea are incredible. Thank you to everyone there for such a wonderful stay!
