Great hotel and basis for the Fuji area
Where shall I begin- we absolutely loved this place: there were so many nice free amenities such as free ramen in the evening, free ice cream, free probiotic drinks in the morning…
They had free parking!
The Spa/onsen are was really nice and clean, you have a sauna, 2 warm pools, one cold one.
And the best thing: Fuji view from the rooftop of the hotel! Definitely recommend staying here, the price-performance is brilliant.

It’s just amazing. Everything is new and well organised. The zen garden is beautiful, enjoying your breakfast or a glass of wine with this view is great. Still, it’s very comfortable, we would have loved to stay longer and hopefully will be back someday!

The view of Mt Fuji was awesome. There was also a lovely walking track. They had a great viewing room where you could sit and look at Mt Fuji in comfort with free coffee, tea, water and juice.

breakfast was sufficient, across the street is a 7-11 and its just 5 minutes walk from the train and bus station. it fit our requirement for our Mt Fuji hiking the next day. would've loved to stay another day when returning to use other facilities. maybe next time
