Staff - the lady on evening/night shift on 6th/7th Jan was really friendly and nice. I had problems booking a bus ticket from the hotel to Huanglongjiuzhai train station because it needed a China phone number so she provided me with a number to input (not sure if it's a work phone or her personal phone) and gave me the verification code sent to her phone so that I could buy the ticket.
Cleanliness - The entire room and toilet were generally very clean though there were a few dark spots on the walls near the wash basin.
Comfort - the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Location - it's really quite near to the entrance to Jiuzhaigou Park as they said (about 7 minutes walk) and the pick-up point for the bus to the train station was also very near the hotel (it's at a car park, about 2 minutes walk). There are also a number of restaurants near the hotel.
Located near the Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve, InterContinental Resort Jiuzhai Paradise is about 35 minutes' drive from Jiuzhaigou Valley National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

2 Days for visiting Jiuzhaigou National Park is strongly recommend since you don't have to rush and can take time to immerse yourself in the beautiful nature. There are many beautiful scenic spot in the National Park, if possible, pls. book VIP bus in the park because you can stop at any place that you like.

Decent Chinese breakfast. The staff was really helpful and receptive. We arrived at the hotel a little before check in time but the staff were quick to clean the rooms. The hotel is located near the entrance to Jiuzhaigou and there are a couple of restaurants around.
They serve a hotpot dinner at night. You can add on side dishes if you like!
Great location with other restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel location is about 15 mins drive away from the attraction. A pity that a lot of the shops are closed due to holidays. Bed and room was comfy :) housekeeping was prompt and good too. Breakfast was not bad, but if they have live egg stations will be even more awesome.
Great location - it's a very short walk to the secenic area. no need to arrange tranport for that.
