Legian is the best and most central location within Bali for a really good holiday.
Very close to all other areas.
Legian is also the best place for well priced shopping and restaurants.
Stayed many times in Bali, from Kuta, Legian to Seminyak.
Overall they are all next to one another, however everyone who stays with us says Legian is the best place to be.

Legian is a moderate location for price and service with access to either cheaper or more expensive locations either side with Kuta and Seminyak. I was pleased as the area seems cleaner and has more facilities since Covid so they have done a good job recovering.

We love Legian because it is central and not far from excellent eating and shopping. If you are staying over the Christmas New Year period and need transport, allow for the traffic when doing your booking. We took over the hour to travel from Mamas German Restaurant in Legian to the Hotel on Christmas night.

The restaurants were many and varied in cost, style and price. I had no problem finding very nice different restaurants for breakfast, lunch and Tea.
The humidity is extreme, and it is not helped when it is a rainy day, but I found the best way to get around was walk. I enjoyed strolling along the beachfront as well as exploring side streets to see what was around. There are ample taxis and motorbikes for those who want motored transportation, but they both lack the flexibility to 'wander'.

We made full use of the wonderful facilities offered by Bandha Hotel and Suites - pools, Mozzarella restaurant, bar, gym, and Visala Spa, which offered exceptional, quality service. The staff was always kind and attentive. Our accommodation was perfect, offering space and cleanliness. Comfortable pillows and fluffy towels are guaranteed! We loved the location close to the beach, and an easy walk to Legian shops and to the Seminyak beach restaurants. It is an excellent choice!
Very friendly and caring staff. The location was in the heart of Legian. Enough choices of restaurants to try different types of food as well as authentic balinese food. Shopping at your doorstep. Beach was walking distance and we managed to see spectacular fireworks displays at the beachfront welcoming the New Year. There is a lovely shopping mall walking distance away. Breakfast was delicious. Beds were comfortable and shower was good.
So far, the best place we've stayed in Bali!😍 The villa exceeded our expectations and we didn't want to leave! The villa is just as the pictures show. The staff is amazing and very helpful! They did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The beach is 6 mins away on foot. Warung Legi (very close to the hotel) has extremely delicious green curry. There are shops and tons of places to eat around the property.
Excellent hotel with friendly and very helpful staff.
Amazing breakfast , hotel located in the heart of Legian, 10 min walk to the famous beach.
2 pools one for adults second for family with kids.
Cleaning staff done very well, room was top class
Convenient stay near beach for beginner surfers. Clean hotel. Price is ok (outside of tourist area is cheaper with larger rooms and break-feast in Bali but we wanted convenience to the beach so that was the compromise)
