Cleanliness, not far from airport the Resort was over and above my expectations the staff were great. the local shopping was good and it was easy to get around there are plenty modes of transport we used Grab very efficient and punctual; the cars were clean the drivers courteous. We dined at local food outlets in the surrounding aeras, and prices were reasonable, and the food was tasty.

We love staying in Nusa Dua as it has manicured gardens and allot of 5 star hotels. Plenty to do and very safe. We have stayed in Nusa Dua more than 30 times, have visited the rest of Bali but will only stay there. Lots of restaurants that you can walk to both on Bali Collections and South Gate (North Gate had been destroyed due to Covid)

There are two areas, the resort gated area and the regular one. The gated area is very nice and well curated, as the other is more typical. Both are really good, however on the gated area the access to the beaches is better.

Nusa Dua is a very good area for families and couples. Safe and the beaches are good. Lovely walking/bike trails along the beach that go for quite a distance. Very green and lush. Good western style shopping area and restaurants at Bali Collection with regular shuttle buses to and from the local resorts. But... some of the bus scheduling is a bit hit and miss. And sometimes you can't get on due to limited seats available. But Grab cars are inexpensive. Local 7-11s are good too.

Territory of the hotel is very nice, beautiful garden, Lobby area and pool. The Entrance of the hotel is stunning - pond with water lilies is smth unique! Hotel is connected with other hotels (nusa due bay, laguna, Westin) by the trial along the beach. So it was nice to have a walk and see territory of other hotels. Very close to Bali Collection store, good place to buy souvenirs and clothes.
A relaxing island in Nusa Dua. The rooms were comfortable with wide, comfy beds. The scent of the toiletries were magical :)
we enjoyed to chill in our pool and garden. Their restaurant is also nice with quite good food, but a bit expensive. Try the balinese massage as well, we loved it.
The area of Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua Bali is really beautiful. With very colorful garden, nice private beach, friendly staff and good restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were very good, also bedroom and nice fitness area.
