The location was incredible on top of a headland overlooking the coast and Capo Vaticano. The view from the room was incredible and also a great view from the pool and restaurant. The hotel has a beautiful private beach and also a pool. Breakfast was very nice and the food and the restaurant is good. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay somewhere relaxing and away from large crowds of tourists.

The view from the balcony and breakfast area was amazing, the room very clean, the pool looked really nice but we didn’t use it as the sea seamed even nicer :) Staff very friendly and breakfast was fine

The hosts were very friendly and tried to accommodate us best possibly despite the lacking communication skills on both sides.
The pool was amazing traveling with a toddler. The small playground and outdoor fitness facility were a nice addition. The best perk was the private beach a 5 minute drive away, connected to villa grazia. Beautiful, clean and not too populated beach.

Really nice apartment with a large balcony overlooking the sea and stromboli in the distance. Very good location, only 6min walk from the beach (but a steep-ish hill, so up was a bit longer 😅) and the sea is just so clear! I've never seen the sea as clear as a swmming pool before. It does have some pebbles as you go into the water, so bring water shoes! The apartment itself is very clean, has a big fridge / freezer, 2 gas stoves, comfortable beds and a/c. Also the parking area has a sun cover, which is so good considering it was sunny each day we were there. They also have a bbq in the garden, but we have not used it. Latizia is also super helpful and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
To fully enjoy a stay in Capo Vaticano you really need at least a week. That's why Hotel Village Eden, on the splendid Grotticelle Beach, is bookable for weekly stays.

great sea for snorkeling but sometimes jellyfish on Grotticelle beach (very painful for kids) - in Tropea no jellyfish and calm sea all the times.
in summer has the area problems with water supply - before check-in ask the owner of the property of the state of water in the tanks (we had bad luck in July, our apartment ran out of water twice a week - very stressful)
the beaches of Capo Vaticano are available by car (parking is for 1,50 Eur/hour) or on foot 20min walk downhill (but up the hill in hot weather is guite a challenge)
snorkeling in this sea is like in an aquarium :-)

The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The wifi and speed was amazing. The food was good. The breakfast was not entirely free as the website suggests. The lunch buffet was delicious and loved the female bartender at the snack shack by the pool who helped us. The hotel was not a 4 star as it states and the neighbourhood surrounding the hotel is poor and run down, not safe to walk around at night. There is no iron available for hotel guests. The hotel pool needs to be fixed and maintained. The tiles are missing throughout the pool and the pool has algae growing on the side tiles. The beach made up for the pool. We had to buy towels as the hotel did not supply towels for pool/beach, 10 Euros a towel at the local market. The ocean floor is rocky and slimy and its very difficult to get in. We were not prepared to deal with the rockiness of the beach and needed to buy water shoes.

It is a resort where you will enjoy your time even if you don’t want to step outside of the property. Lush gardens, excellent pool area, cozy bar and lunch restaurant and beautiful outdoor setting for dinner. There is a separate entertaining facility for kids with animators, a well equipped gym, small boutique, bike rental, and of course the beach with beds and clean towels! Staff members are very kind and supportive.
Best place to chill and relax in Kalabria! Family run buisness with delicious, good quality food, super price ( try super home made products). Hotel rooms new, modern and very clean. Good location, in nice, little village, close to beautiful beaches ( hotel offer free of charge transfer to the beach). But the best are people working there! Nice, very hard working and always ready to help ( thank you for help with the car)! We highly reccomend!💙
I chose to stay at this hotel for the beautiful views, and honestly, this hotel gives you a very pretty view of Cape Vaticano. The room is clean and very comfortable. The reception staff and waiters and waitresses are all nice. Appreciate the upgrade and that you had a clothes drying rack.
We loved absolutely everything, such a nice facility! wonderful restaurant, beautiful beach, nice and caring staff. Spacious homes with terraces. Overall, a very private place, even during school holidays - you don’t feel like the place is overcrowded.
