Location is ideal - flew into JFK and flew out of La Guardia, so this hotel placed me perfectly for that. Additionally, you're a 10 minute walk from the train/subway taking you straight into Manhatten.
You have all you need - shower, bath (needed with all the steps you'll do), comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, aircon/heating unit, WiFi, TV etc.
In terms of cleanliness, you get what you pay for - the place is clearly cleaned before your stay but it's a little run down. Not an issue though.

The hotels was asked to call us a cab. Sais cab charged us 200 USD dollars to get to JFK. He turned off his meyer and said the hotel had pre booked him and 200 USD was his standard charge from that hotel to JFK. Because he was a crook who came highly recommended by the staff my score is low.

Staying at this hotel, it was very easy to access most parts of the city by train and by bus. It may be better for the hotel to engage staff, who can converse fluently in the English language and who are more courteous and helpful to the guests. Many more items could be added to the items served for breakfast. The tariff should be kept low for the facility and the kind of food that it offers.

We stayed overnight due to proximity to airport. Hotel was clean and tidy and had a good shower. The local area was really busy and felt like it was mostly younger adults in their 20s. We had a nice local meal and enjoyed our time.

Queens has a lot of areas worth visiting. The neighborhoods are loaded with excellent restaurants of various ethnicities. Prices are reasonable as well. Staying in Flushing, there is easy and inexpensive access to all other areas of NYC

I need all my money back on my credit card please , the receptionist said to me Booking.com knew the hotel was sold out since Friday August 30th and it’s not fair what Booking.com tried to do to me letting me pay while there was no available room , please again and again refund me all my money back on my credit card, thank you

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Spring Hills in Queens, NY, and it was an experience I thoroughly enjoyed. The location of the hotel is ideal, offering easy access to public transportation, making it a breeze to explore everything Queens and the broader New York City area have to offer.
The Asiatic Hotel is located in the heart of Queens, having direct subway connection to Manhattan. This is a safe neighborhood and there are always people on the street even at night. Very clean with very comfortable beds. For the NYC prices, it is a good value for money and a recommended place to stay while visiting the city.
It was okay; the staff was always welcoming and warm. The hotel was just a short walk away from Queens Plaza Station and Queensboro Plaza, so you had a few options to get into Manhattan. There is a large dining room with a fridge, oven, tables, and sofas to eat at, which was a good thing for us.
This is an adequate no frills hotel. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. The location is great - right next to Queensboro Plaza and Queens Plaza, with access to many subway lines. Easy from JFK.
