Cute little place just off a nice little high street. Facilities were great and the balcony was lovely to sit out on and enjoy the view of the lake. Parking right outside the room. Bed was very comfortable. I only stayed one night so it was a shame I didn't get chance to really enjoy the pool area.

The location was great! It was very close to the cruise ship. I did like the idea of getting the keys from the locker and checking out was very easy, just dropped the keys in the mailbox. The motel is old, but the room was clean. It was great to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. They also had a coffee maker that my friend used.
Located in the Laconia City Centre. It serves a continental breakfast every morning and features a game room. Free Wi-Fi access and cable TV are included in every room at the Landmark Inn.

Weirs Beach is a nostalgic location that sadly is becoming overdeveloped. Each time I visit, more of the small inns and motels are being replaced with condos. The beach, boardwalk, arcade, scenic train, and Mt. Washington scenic cruise are still there and add to the stunning natural beauty of the surroundings. Hopefully the development will slow, and these things will be preserved so that the area remains an attraction for years to come.

Loved the boat ride on the SS Mount Washington.
Loved the boat ride on the SS Mount Washington. Weirs Beach has lots of shopping & restaurants. We love walking Meredith's town & boardwalk and eating at Hart's Turkey Farm Restaurant. And for the area: Rattlesnake Mt. (never have seen ANY snake in 30 years) was a great hike and has great views of Squam Lake, Walter's Basin Restaurant is a 10! Castle in The Clouds, a must. NH Nature & Science Center was great, along with their additional boat ride on Squam Lake-lots of Loon siteings!!!!

The motel would have been ok except the rate for 2 nights was a ripoff! $477+ for only 2 nights! Half that amount would have been
more reasonable. The Hyatt Place in Poughkeepsie, NY and Tru by Hilton also in NY were each about half the price of the Bay Top. Both had more amenities, were very new and modern, were booked for the same length of time, and also included breakfast!

The proprietor is really nice, understanding, and accommodating. The grounds are well-kept/landscaped. It must be gorgeous in the summer, but unfortunately we went in the fall when many of the flowers had wilted. Still a lot of really pretty annuals though. The motel itself is also quite accessible. Not too hard to get to Weirs Beach, Meredith, or various attractions around Lake Winnipesaukee. Rooms were clean and well-kept, and the decor had a homey vibe. Nightly rates were fairly reasonable, especially for Columbus Day weekend.
This is a classic motel, but quite old. So, also room looks a bit out dated and sleeping couch was terrible to sleep on. The room was clean. Location near the water, but the whole town of Weirs beach is a bit 'faded glory'. Bookings did not communicate our change of dates, so on arrival there was no reservation on our name. Luckily the staff ws great and immediately arranged a room for us.
The property is on the hill overlooking the boardwalk on Weirs Beach with a beautiful view of Lake Winnipesaukee. It’s a short walk down the hill to restaurants, arcades and the Mt. Washington cruise boat/Scenic Railroad. It is also a short drive to downtown Laconia.
Beautiful motel with a great view. The rooms are simple but clean. It is directly located opposite the harbor, so great for exploring the harbor walk in Weirs Beach.
