HI - Martha's Vineyard Hostel, hotel in Vineyard Haven

Featuring an on-site garden and barbeque facilities, this hostel is located on Martha’s Vineyard. Guests are provided with WiFi access free of charge.

I stayed here for two nights to visit the island by myself and I would definitely recommend it. The people (both employees and the other customers) are nice and friendly. The hostel is ideally located at the center of the island, which allows you to go quickly to all the parts of the island. That latest point was especially important to me as I was cycling around. Additionnally, there is a bus stop right in front of the hostel with one bus every hour in both directions. I highly recommend staying here as there is definitely room to spend more than one day in Martha's Vineyard. Finally, I should say that, though breakfast is not included, there is still some stuff offered which is really appreciable, especially when you only stay for two days.

The location is fab !! Directly on the marina and only a few minutes walk from the main street. We got upgraded to a wonderful room with an ocean view, which made our stay a lot nicer. Lovely boutique hotel, with lots of nice little touches like free unlimited coffee, great porch, great games room and showers and lockers to allow you to leave your luggage after check out .

Pequot Hotel, hotel in Vineyard Haven

Nestled among the charming cottages of Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard, this Victorian-style hotel is only steps from the island's main attractions and offers friendly, personalised service along with...

This quaint bed-and-breakfast hotel was located just a few blocks from the beach and, in the opposite direction, just a few blocks from the main thoroughfare, Circuit Avenue, where you will want to visit the restaurants, shops, and the entrance to the picturesque gingerbread houses. As far as location, this was fantastic! As a special treat, the hotel provides a one hour tour (Tues and Thurs) with the Islander, Mr. Thomas Dresser — I purchased one of his informative books and hope to connect with him regarding other local history events. The staff’s helpfulness along with complimentary beach towels, umbrellas and chairs plus a scrumptious breakfast, means I plan to return to this charming, bed-and-breakfast hotel the next time I visit the Vineyard. I do wish the rooms — the carpet in particular — would be updated, but that’s a small concession for a fantastic location and service.

Terrible odour in unit and in desperate need of updates. Ants are crawling everywhere and floors are not levelled! Location and size of place is good. Hosts were unresponsive when these issues were raised. Would not recommend this place.

A very comfortable older home off the main road.

A very comfortable older home off the main road. Woodsy feeling which was nice and a very private yard. Not close to beaches and a bit of a drive to the closest town. There are stores nearby so that is not a problem. Pictures of the outside of the house do not do it justice! We loved the screened porch.

Vineyard Haven was a quaint part of the island that I'm glad we stayed because it was quiet after 9pm to get some quality sleep after a long day. There are great restaurants and shops to consume one day and then take a dip in the water. If I had to do my trip over I would break my days up to stay in Oaks Bluff and Edgartown just to have different experiences and catch a comdey show and walk back to where we stay instead of bus back. Getting around is super easy because the buses run 15-30 mins of each other. Getting a bus pass is $8 for 64 years and younger and $5 for 65+. A day pass will keep for the next day so be careful not to throw it away! Overall my stay was excellent cannot wait to visit again.

It was a wonderful place with many things to do and places to explore. Tip if you go for the sunset at Menemsha beach and want to order from Larsens seafood (which everybody does) call your order in early in afternoon and just pick up. The line waits for hours.

Martha's Vineyard is a wonderful, warm and inviting place. I have been coming here since I was 11, got married at the Edgartown light house and docked our boat in Edgartown marina. I hope to move here some day.

Vineyard Haven is a bit quiet.

Vineyard Haven is a bit quiet. We found it difficult to find good restaurants. Everything seems to close quite early. On our second night, we travelled to Oak Bluffs where there was far more entertainment. Still, a pleasant place to stay and good coffee shop at Waterside Market.

Charles and Charles boutique hotel oozes luxury and first class personal service. The peace and quiet, coupled with the lovely decor is so easy on the mind. When you climb into bed its sumptuous and the bedding is divine, simply the best 'Mascioni' oh and it's Hermes Paris eau d'orange verte toiletries! Just when you think what more could anyone expect...wait until you see the breakfast, a delicious work of art. Thank you so much and we'll be back

This property is fantastic. It is a little bit out of the way from the center Vineyard Haven, though we thought the ability to unwind away from the crowded center is great feature. It is very well appointed and has lost of space and rooms. The house was immaculate upon arrival. It is definitely one of those homes you wish you could stay in much longer. The hummingbirds fluttering around the beautifully curated garden was an additional bonus.

The breakfasts were thoughtfully planned and the food was fresh and delicious! Charles was wonderful about communicating with us prior to, during our stay, and immediately after our stay. The property is very peaceful and a great place to relax. Our room was clean and beautifully decorated. We were able to easily walk into town and there are plenty of eating places nearby. Charles and Charles is highly recommended!

The location was great, just a short walk from Main Street. The staff were lovely, very helpful. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is no tea or coffee machine but there is a great market next door that sells lots of items for breakfast and is very reasonable. There is a lovely park right at the back of the hotel. I would definitely come back to Harbour Landing
