The price is really accurate for the quality of the stay. We stayed 3 nights and I wouldn’t recommend staying more than that. The room was spacious, very clean with large, super comfortable bed. Big advantage was the everyday cleaning service. Also the location of the hotel is great, right next to the i25 exit

There is so much to love about Fort Collins. It's known for having a whole bunch of craft beer breweries. Old Town is worth walking around in all seasons. It seems there's always something going on somewhere in town and in the neighboring towns.

Fort Collins, Colorado is a wonderful city.
Fort Collins, Colorado is a wonderful city. Not too large, and not too small. The old downtown is lovely with lots of restored vintage buildings, trendy shops, bars, and restaurants.
We attended a craft show on Linden St which was closed to vehicles. It's a great place for a craft show. I had fun exploring the cute downtown district.

The hotel is located in a very cute neighborhood. Fort Collins is very lovely and we usually only drive through to Wyoming when we go to visit our family. It was delightful to stay in such a lovely historic hotel that we could walk to shopping and food. I am sure there was much more to check out but we were there only for the night.

Do not stay at the Clarion. It is filthy. They have no breakfast even though they have a digital sign outside showing a full breakfast buffet. Also they are false advertising on their website and on Booking.com
The price states breakfast included. We booked this hotel mainly for the breakfast (for 6 of us)
We unfortunately booked 2 rooms here (111 and 103) They smelled like wet dirty dog. Filth an inch high under the bed and holes in the wall. Bed linens smelled.
Area was not a very safe area and there was a lot of noise all night,.
Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Fort Collins has anything a person could want out of a big...
Fort Collins has anything a person could want out of a big city. However, I love what's west of FtC. The mountains are calling! Hike up Horsetooth, till you get to the teeth! Then head down for brewery beer, I like Zwei brewery. Great family owned place!
Any place on College is great for food! Any!
As a disabled veteran, always feel this city is kind to me.

The room was very spacious and it was a very quiet location. Great sleeping, facilities were very clean. Staff at front desk were very nice. Overall -- outstanding value for the money.
Basic comfort, what you see is what you get, all the charms of a 2 star roadside hotel. Quite room. Easy to reach via a free local bus, excellent Mexican restaurant across the road.
The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned.
Location was next to a cinema.
