The hotel is decent. Our room was spacious, with a kitchenette and basic cookware. The staff were pleasant, and the game room was a great addition during our stay over Christmas.

Irvine is a great city in So Cal. It has many businesses and is clean and safe. It is definitely one of the best cities in California. It is close to the Beach and has quite a few restaurants with a larger variety of cuisine. .

I requested a refund on my stay due to my horrible experience. I paid 256 dollars and couldn't sleep at all due to loud noises from the stairwell next to the room. I called and complained and when the noise was unbearable I went to front desk at 5 am to complain about the noise and nothing was done but offered me another room by another stairwell

Irvine is an exceptional city to visit! It's clean, safe, and beautifully maintained, making it a pleasure to explore. The atmosphere is peaceful yet vibrant, with plenty of green spaces and parks that are perfect for a stroll or just relaxing outdoors. No bottled water in the room
Extra charge for wifi, when I called customer serive for help I was told the guy was. too busy doing his audit to help me.
Left my watch charger in the room, reported that but never heard back
When I turned my HYBRID car into valet parking it ha more than a full tank of gas. When I picked it up next day it less than full. reported to the hote, not their problem beacuse it's a contracted out servied. Contacted the valet company, but no replay in 5 days.

Very Polite and friendly staff, Jesus is a versatile front desk officer who makes sure expectations are met at all times. In general they've got one of the best Hotel staff collection I've come across in America. Breakfast was good by all standards and hygiene as the order of the day. Its a peaceful place to stay.

Nothing to like! The toilet ran all night, the lock on the door was not functioning..had to use a chair against door for security. Don’t stay! Train travels right through the property…..the worst experience ever at staying in a hotel. Hotel should be torn down!
The hotel is in good condition, the facilities are clean, and the hotel staff are helpful and welcoming. Also, you can easily walk to the hotel from the airport even though you’ll need an Uber/Lyft to go anywhere since Irvine is so not made for walking.
Our accommodations exceeded our expectations. We were all very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host was very helpful. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do while in Irvine. We would book here again.
