Seemed like a homeless hotel check out the first morning had a 2 day reservation

Lots of tourist and family friendly places to visit, such as Knott's Berry Farm, but some areas look run down, and there were homeless people here and there. The city could use more facilities for the homeless to stay. But I don't think apparently housing the homeless at the same property as paying tourists and guests is a good idea.

The hotel stole my money because the room they gave me was...
The hotel stole my money because the room they gave me was in very bad condition, it smelled of humidity and the floor was all wet. The air conditioner was dripping water. and the manager didn't want to change my room and he canceled and he told me that they weren't going to charge me anything. .and he just told me lies. The charge appeared in my bank account. And the worst thing is that I didn't stay any night in the hotel. They blatantly stole my money, this is the second bad experience with this hotel. The location was great.
The location was great. The staff was rude and condescending. The room was filthy!! From the elevator to inside the rooms was disgusting. The floors so dirty you had to wear shoes at all times. It was sticky. the bathroom was dirty and a hair ball was thrown into one corner of the shower. It was sick! Ill never come here again. Which is sad because we have used this hotel in the past and was a great little hotel. I do not know what has happened but It is BAD!

I love the staff at the entrance and check in the room was stinky bad like raw sewer coming in the drains it kept bubbling and smelled aweful my daughter is scared of heights she didn’t want me complaining because she didn’t want to have to be moved up levels it was on bottom floor and I really hate paying $20 fr parking y’all need to stop that with customers at the hotel it’s rediculous and outrageous

It was close to every thing but room it’s self very small they didn’t dump trash in room tub toilet sink old stain up bugs in room no coffee pots refrigerators, microwaves only two towels in room lots of noise dog barking all nite people cashing back parking lot

The rooms were very clean and the beds were very soft and comfortable. Best hotel i have stayed atin a while. Location was perfect. Stores close by and amusement park right the across the street.
The location of hotel is right next to the park and the hotel works with an electric scooter place that is half the price as the ones inside the park. Walking distance from park is major plus.
