Santiago as a host is doing amazing job. He is super friendly and helpful with all the information you need. One day trip to Cotopaxi organised perfectly, we were also able to support local community in their shop on the way to the Vulcan. Recommend as a base to do the trips to Cotopaxi i Quilatoa

The only reason to stay here was to get an early bus to the Quilotoa loop. Walked round and there were zero attractions to visit. Even the churches were shut but that may have been due to the State of Emergency. Didn't eat out because I didn't see anywhere open I fancied eating in.

Though not much to do in the city, it's nevertheless a convenient stop for accessing all the nearby volcanoes and lakes. The city has a potential, it needs a bit of tourism infrastructure to encourage longer stay rather than a quick passing through.

The hotel is a modern and clean boutique place and they offer to park nearby. The city center of Latacunga. Service was impeccable and breakfast was buffet style, small but very good, and different options.
I've to say that the shower was the best shower with hot water and pressure we had and the soap is awesome too!
Perfect location. Early breakfast to allow using the early morning. Good advice on trips by the staff including checking the latest bus schedules. You can also book trips directly at the hotel. Good dinner recommendations.
The location was excellent. a five minute taxi ride to the central bus station. Also, we are doing the Quilotoa loop and we were able t store our bags for free until we returned back to Latacunga.
we stayed two nights (before & after quiltoa loop). we especially liked the nice & spacious rooms, very clean, great views, helpful staff. we had a great stay and would choose this hotel again :)
Good location, friendly hotel owner. We could store our luggage there when we were out for the day. Employee helped us arrange a taxi to Banos which was really nice! Big rooms, comfy beds.
