We wanted a nice place near Ostrog Monastery to do an early visit there, and Hotel Sokolane delivered perfectly. A little bit more than 10 minutes drive from the nonastery, Sokoline has great views of the surrounding area (including the valley, the hills and the monastery itself). You can enjoy the views either from the restaurant upstairs (where breakfast is also served) or the balcony of your own room which is otherwise spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is also very nice.

Great location of the flat and a stunning view from the balcony. Everything we needed was there, the place was clean and the sofa was comfortably arranged to sleep on. It was one of the most welcoming places I've ever been. Dragan and his wife met us at the property and gave an overview of all the facilities and equipment. They even had anti-mosquitoe device plugged in for us! The place is very remote so if you appreciate privacy and being in a quiet place without any people, noisy roads, etc - this is just perfect. Kitchen and the house in general is equipped with everything you need for comfortable stay. There's even a washing machine and a dish washer! We felt very good there, thank you!

The location surprised us as there isn't much nearby, but it was still an unforgettable experience. The place is breathtaking, with stunning views and endless space for the kids to play.
