Got a free upgrade in the new building (off season, few guests, had booked an economy twin - got a huge 3-beds-room)
1 hr spa was included & towels/bath robe were provided (despite other reviews saying they had to pay 15€ per person for it and didn't get any towels; I'm Genius member level 3 - maybe that's why?, off season so it was only the two of us there), jacuzzi did work and was warm (despite reviews claiming otherwise), the Turkish bath was under construction & you could see the open ventilation & mineral wool; someone wrote in their review that the toilets were locked - we didn't need them so we can't say anything about that
Reception staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful, spoke excellent English, helped us plan our route (due to a blocked road)
Fantastic breakfast - you may choose from a menu, choose as many dishes as you want (savory and sweet, plenty of veggie options, drinks included, huge portions - maybe it's better to share tdishes to get to try more different ones)

It is a nice small town full of good cafes and restaurants with everything in walking distance. There is a small botanical garden on one of the hills above town which would be nice in spring. I visited during one the hottest recent summers so it wasn't the ideal time. Biogradska Gora N.P. is just about 9 mi. away, and although it is very busy in summer, there are some nice walking trails around and above the lake. The train ride there is really nice.

The ski route is very limited.
The ski route is very limited. One of the ski lifts is always out of order. Only 2-3 restaurants with an average menu are very expensive. Less snow and the scenery is surrounded by construction sites. Look for better destinations than Kolasin.

This is our third or fourth visit to Kolašin, a very pleasant little city with a nice hometown feel. It is very walkable - the pedestrian street is always alive with people strolling or sitting in cafes. Several really nice restaurants featuring lots of local specialties. Restaurant Vodenica, right next to a rushing stream, is a particular gem. They also have live music in evenings during tourist season. Kolašin is the perfect spot for visiting Biograsko Jezero - lake and national park - which is a must. Morača Monastery is also not far away, and there are also numerous local hikes one can do. The tourist information office is quite helpful.
(I should note that we've only ever been here in the summertime so I can't comment on the winter sports scene.)

This place is difficult if you don't have a car as buses are few & far between. On weekends they almost don't exist. There are some wonderful hiking destinations, such as Mrtvica Canyon 30 kms away, but so difficult to get there & back, plus the area is very badly signposted. Kolasin is nice but we cannot say it is 'user-friendly'.

Very nice and cozy place! Cottage is well equipped, very warm and well isolated. Even though we stayed here in autumn, inside the cottage we chilled in shorts and t-shirts. Owner is very friendly and helpful, he responded on all our messages promptly. Location is great, it is in quiet and remote neighborhood, but it is only 2 minutes away from Kolašin centre.
Design of apartment offers comfort to the eye, body, and soul.
Building is fairly new, furniture is comfortable.
Kitchen utensils are sufficient and very clean.
Cleanliness is similar to that of a 5 star hotel.
Management is very quick to respond..
