It was very easy to find . The property was easy to access and the host was immediately available. I don't speak Bulgarian but his orientation was done in a few minutes and he was easy to work with. The TV has English news channel which made me very happy. everything that you might need is provided fridge kettle etc. the premises is lovely and clean .The price was very good and its very central.

we will never visit this location again, never got to see the sights, we were there only to rest and shower before our onward journey.
but on two occasions in 2 years we have visited this location, both have been bad experiences, wont be going again

We Thought we were in paradise or at least in Haremlike house, also the smell was Arabic The building was like Arabic beautiful!!! The entryhall was a real hall. Overwhelming. The room just great, furniture accessories lights bathroom and so on superb and we really enjoyed every little item every bit for comfort and a certain cosyness.Friendly helpfulness without being devout. We’re certainly coming back on our return voyage

Room was ok , clean. No soft drinks was available. On my previous visit there was some soft drinks , even i donot prefer to use them. I visit many casinos on my each visit to have some fun. On others i had longer fun time , win lose win loose , here loss and loss. I guess and i think bonus %rate is much lower compared to others in svilengrad. On each casino i bet 1.000 leva and golden eye was the fastest to get all on slot machines. On others i get back some amount and that is fun.
absolutely great 5-star hotel!!! great atmosphere, wonderful luxury facilities, the food and restaurant are amazing and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful! would definitely visit at every opportunity
The Staff and the whole experience. we was later in to the hotel but the receptionist was lovely offered to do our evening meal. the rooms are lovely very friendly and a very warm welcome.
It was a nice stay. Breakfast was great. The Restaurant Parka was superb. Hotel is in middle of a huge, beautiful garden. We liked the ambience. Our room was quite big and comfortable.
The room was absolutely gorgeous. The bathroom was really really nice. There is a big park exactly in front of the hotel which me and my family loved. Worth the money for sure!!!!
