It has traditional architecture; it is spotlessly clean and has a great outdoor yard with a large swimming pool. The staff are always available to help and they helped us with reservations in restaurants and with all the questions we had. Would definitely return!

We had such a lovely stay at Skopelos Holidays Hotel & Spa! The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. Location, location, location !! Top spot - right in front of the port, & away from the main pedestrian strip vibe (much quieter than other areas). Establishment is located next a unique rock feature at the sea's edge - with a local church on top. Local restaurants/cafe's/shops are within walking distance. Room was simply 'ok'. Did I mention LOCATION ??? Very scenic views of the port & sea !

The location is perfect, right on the harbour. We had a lovely sea view from our balcony. Although it's in the heart of everything, it's not noisy, and the bed was very comfy, so we slept well.

Walking around Skopelos Town is very easy, even with a few inclines and small hills. There is much to see just walking through the town, either sight seeing or meaningful shopping! The restaurants in the neighborhood areas were our favorite. Having a coffee or beverage along the front was a treat to relax and enjoy the dock activity. We really didn't have any favorite spots as the town is overall lovely.
We suggest not wasting your time walking to the Venetian Castle as it has no resemblance of a castle however the views are nice!

Skopelos Town in October was a dream.
Skopelos Town in October was a dream. It wasn’t too crowded, allowing us to fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the island. The weather was amazing—we were able to swim and sunbathe, making it feel like a perfect summer getaway with the charm of autumn. The traditional whitewashed houses, cozy cafes, and stunning sea views made it a great experience.

We loved the people, the tranquility and peace of the town.
We loved the people, the tranquility and peace of the town. Quality restaurants and shops. Views of the port and landmarks. Accessibility on buses or boats was excellent. We eat at Anna’s, Molos and the 2 fish restaurants nearest the harbour wall. All excellent. Anna’s was our favourite!

Great island, cosy town center, lots of restaurants to try,...
Great island, cosy town center, lots of restaurants to try, great beaches. The best beaches were Panormos and Ftelia with their crystal clear blue waters. Limenari, Glyserie are also good with the amenities, sunbeds, garden area etc. Never go to Hovolo Beach, it's so difficult to walk over the rocks and doesn't worth it at all. The best restaurants was Korali Seafood Agantis Beach and Linarakia in Panormos Beach. For Korali, make sure you reserve a table on the beach/over the sands with great atmosphere. Try shrimp saganaki and grilled calamari. Also you need to try Skopelos Cheesepie and Sugarpie, the best place for this is Michalis, use googlemaps to find the place. Try gyros in Magali, this is a must do as well. For Mamma Mia Cliff, we did not climb up, but still nice to see and be there.

Hotel is gorgeous. A few steps from the port. Opposite there is a supermarket. The pool bar (new addition) offeres great fresh food at very good prices. We enjoyed Costa s cocktails and fresh hamburgers. Staff was always attentive and helpful. Special mention to Alexandra for being so kind and informative. This hotel is great value. Pool towels given. Spotless clean. Amazing location. We had the best time.
Nice Greek hotel just outside the old part of Skopelos town. It was lovely wandering through the little alleyways nearby finding bars and restaurants. The breakfast area was outside but undercover so a perfect spot to enjoy the lovely breakfast buffet. The swimming pool and reception areas were lovely. There was a little welcome basket in our room which was a nice touch.
The accommodation at Rigas Hotel was more than satisfactory. The rooms were comfortable, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Staff was really friendly and helpful. Location right next to the bus stop and close to the port. The hotel was renovated so everything was just perfect.
