First of all, the apartment is in perfect condition, is very well designed and it has all the necessary appliances. The location is great because the center of the area and the beach are reachable for less than 5 minutes. However, the apartment is isolated, and you can relax without hearing noises from the street and restaurants. The host was really kind and friendly and kept in touch with us during our whole stay, in case we needed something, and it was always clean. Definitely would visit again!

Everything. The apartment, the sea is near, shops are near. Very nice beaches after the olimpiada which are not that far. We did not use the car.
You can come with dog.
Just be careful because the place is full with street dogs.

The room is bigger than in the pictures, good cleaning and friendly staff. Good location even if it's about 1 km walk to better beaches and a bit more to the city.
On the other side of the road is a very good restaurant, Kalamatianos Seafood, I definitely recommend.

Quiet place, perfect for families with little kids, not crowded even if we have been there in the middle of the season. A lot of tavernas around, and you could find very close everything you might need.

A quiet place with a wonderful beach, it has facilities that will satisfy everyone from parents with small children to the elderly. About 500 m away are the remains of the ancient city of Stagira (the birthplace of Aristotle), worth a visit (free entrance). Lots of good restaurants and cafes, butch bars. Not far from wonderful forests for hiking.

Olympiada is very small village and being in North Greece it is very green with lots of trees, grass and flowers. The village beach is very long with fine sand and options to sit on a chair under umbrella.

Very very nice place, for family. Beach is good, not to perfect but very good for the kids. Very relaxed place to be at. The restaurants that are operating there are very good. A bit on expensive side compared to the other places that we have been in Greece, but there is one good thing there, and that is that just because there are few of them, the food is always fresh, especially sea food. I do really appreciate restaurant where they say to you 'we are out of that', you know first that they have fresh, daily ordered goods.
I will recommend this place. If you wanna have nice, relaxed, lazy, not overcrowded place this is for you.

Very nice staff.
Very nice staff. We recieved information about the willage and very nice touch with box of sweets on arrival and our departure. Very clean apartment, new and well decorated. My kids just loved it. It looks even better than on the pictures. There is mosquito protection on all windows. Huge terrace with kitchen. Nice but not so big pool outside.

Clean studio, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. A beautiful terrace on which the sun does not set, with a partial view of the sea and the beach is 20 meters from the building. The staff was friendly and made sure we didn't miss anything. We are left with good memories of Marianni Rooms, Olympiada and Stagira
Hosts were very polite and extremely helpful, available at all times. Nearby parking very convenient, room was spacious and equipped with everything you might need. Located in a quiet area, within a short walking distance from village center and sea. Highly recommended, great option for your vacation in Olympiada.
Sunrise suite is a gorgeous place, a place where you feel like home. The owners are two extraordinary people! To us, they were like family. We will definitely return to the Sunrise Suite Olympiada. Thank you for everything, Artemis and Mihalis! You are wonderful!!! ❤️🤗
Terrace with amazing view over the bay of Olympiada. Apartment is great. Host Domna is super cool lady, even we locked our keys inside apartment on the first day :).
Hotel is very close to the beach. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, parking is possible. Easy to get around. Some restaurants were closed (February 2023).
