Well equipped, clean and quiet rooms. The beds are very comfortable (not hard at all like some hotels have, you know the ones where you feel the springs in your spine when laying on your back). Also no end plate on the beds which makes it perfect for longer people like myself.

We stayed in the Deluxe Triple Room with Sea View and it was great, much better than in the pictures! There are two rooms in the top floor and one of them looks at the sea and the mountains, I would recommend that one. The room is very luxurious and it has a huge private terrace. The terrace includes a sitting group, sunbeds, and tables and chairs, and it has a great view. You can definetely spend a lot of time there, eat and drink something and enjoy the view. Other than the room, the hotel has a private beach, the sea is very clear but rocky so you need sea shoes. The beach bar is good, they have not many but enough options for lunch such as club sandwich, greek salad, etc. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. They even gave us little gifts after our stay! The hotel is a 10 minute drive from Kokkari. We used a taxi for both nights of our stay, it is 10 euros to Kokkari and around 25 euros for Samos center.

The apartment is in the centre of Kokkari , you can not find a better place. The only disadvantage is they have one double bed, if you go with friends, there is no possibility to sleep seperate :) and also the room is quite small.
But overall I can really recommend.

best place to stay in Kokkari. Perfect location. This room has everything you may need, maybe even more. I have never had such a comfy pillow at any hotel, which is very important to me :) nice to brew filter coffee and enjoy it at the yard. Kokkari offers many very nice and varied restaurants and casual places to eat. We selected the more authentic restaurants. Poseidon is excellent. There are many little streets to walk through and enjoy.

Kokkari is a lovely small town on the north coast of Samos. A delight to walk around, good car parking and taxis available too. Many small shops selling everything from holiday tat to nice clothes and mementos. Large selection of restaurants to chose from. Along the main beach, many had outside seating areas as well as inside but could get windy. Port beach and promenade had many more shops and restaurants, again with outside seating. Spoilt for choice and prices very good. Average cost for 4 with drinks, starters and mains was 85 Euros.

A nice little town where you really feel that the locals are laid back and everything seems to be going a little slower - in a good way.
The area is nicely quiet and has a bunch of restaurants with great (and affordable) food. Bars and restaurants are open all day, starting with breakfast.
Kokkari offers little in terms of sightseeing, however, there are a lot of options for renting cars, motorcycles, atv and bicycles to go explore the close by nature and towns.
If you like a quiet place to stay, using it as a base-center for exploring the Island of Samos, Kokkari is recommended by me.

For me, Kokkari is the best place to stay in Samos.. You can easily find great beaches as well as resrauranst/bars nearby Kokkari. Furthermore it is very close city center takes only 15 minutes by car.

Lovely little town on Samos. Best place to be. There are so many places to eat and drink. Walk everywhere is easy. Cafe Manolis on the beach was super friendly and we went there each day to swim. Vagellis and the other places on the Platia were great for night life. Bira was great for dinner and drinks. Caves Cafe had great staff and good breakfast.
I cannot rave enough about this hotel and its staff but I’ll try to sum up:
- Perfect location. Walking distance to Kokkari and to Tsamadouand Lemonakia beaches. They also provide shuttle service four times a day.
- Comfortable rooms with a tasteful and modern decor.
- Amazing staff. Always available and nice and helpful. The two Marias went the extra mile to make sure tgat our birthday celebration was memorable. We cannot thank you enough for your kindness.
A very beautiful little hotel with the warmest welcome.My little balcony had a mountain view and I could also see and hear the sea.The best of both worlds.Breakfast was great in regards of quality and choice.I felt so much at home in such short time!!Kokkari is a lovely quite intimate part of Samos..much loved by me now.Would I come here again?Definitely
On of the best places I've stayed at. At very reasonable price you live right at the beach in a spotless clean room. Excellent bed sheets, towels, good water tube (and thr water is not salty as it was in Turkey).
5 min from the bus stop, in the middle of Kokkari but still quiet.
Every detail of the hotel is so stylish. The room was perfect cute! To have your private beach is wonderful. Special thanks to Memos and Angelica for their care and kindness. Definitely will come again. See u!
