I appreciated the calm and relaxing atmosphere of the area: the hotel was located just in front of the beach. Unfortunately the weather was bad (very windy)so I couldn't go to the beach nor swwimm.
The structure is a bit outdated but this is compensated by the kindness of the owner and the staff.
Recently renovated, this hotel has become a member of the Art Hotels and is conveniently near the archaeological sites, the beach and situated within a beautiful and tranquil natural environment.

Really liked the fact that you were close to the city square and there was plenty of parking. The staff were responsive which made for a good experience. The closest beach is only a couple of minutes drive and at this time of the year had parking. To walk it was around 15 mins.

Nice town, beaches in close proximity, old Town 5' from the center with amazing view, ancient places around. Also, famous places in less than an hour drive (Voidokoilia Beach, Costa Navarino hotels, Foinikounta, Pylos, etc.). Farming products (one of the world's best olive oil), nice food and relaxing holidays.

Kyparissia is beautiful city with amazing beaches around. It’s a good choice to stay there and make daily trips to Kyparissia-Katakolo bay (Vounaki, Kakovatos, etc) or Stomio, Lagkouvardos, Voidokilia beaches.

Upper, old part of city, have great view and restaurants.
Near by are best beaches in Saharo and Agianaki. So great these two and you can be peace if you prefer peace around you.

Kyparissia has the New Town situated on the coastal Part and...
Kyparissia has the New Town situated on the coastal Part and the Old Town on the hillside which is about 30 minutes comfortable walking up the hillside . The old village has a Castle which at the moment is closed due to technical words yes you read right im trying to figure that one out .. the Village has some lovely old building and accommodation with breathtaking views of the New Town and Seaside.

We were a family of 5 with teenage kids. We loved it. Great spacious rooms with lovely balconies and sea views, quiet and not overlooked. Very clean, very friendly family-run hotel. Good size pool with lots of space to sit including in the shade. Great snack options at the pool. Even a tennis court on site. Lots of parking. Great breakfast included, and really good quality and good value evening meal. Cross the road and you are on the beach - 100m down the road and you are at a good choice of restaurants.
Peaceful and quiet location, easy to access, clean room, close to the beach, and not too far from other attractions! Andreas, the owner, was very helpful, and most importantly happy and smiling always. We loved waking up to the sound of the crickets every morning, the typical sound of summer here in Greece :).
