I have no words to explain how great this place is. The hosts were welcoming and responsive even before we got there. The place is supper clean, the hosts are great and there to help with everything. We reserved a beautiful room on the ground floor with provate terrace. The hotel is close to the beach, and quite close to the center of Kalithea, where all the shops and restaurants are. The hosts even helped me to plan the proposal, and I can’t thank them enouhh

It’s a nice, cozy place. It’s quiet, close to the clubs and the bars and it’s perfect for a friend group. The apartment was clean and had everything you would need. The host was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was working and we didn’t feel the summer heat. The place is great value for money.

I expected more. Most little towns that we visited including Kallithea, weren't as clean and tidy. Too many cars with limited parking space. Prices have gone up and service down.

A wonderful hotel with lots of space.
A wonderful hotel with lots of space. Our room with pool was gorgeous and the property exceptionally well maintained. The staff are lovely and very professional. We have taken our rating of Kallithea Village Hotel down to 9/10 as the Wifi and lack of mobile reception service became a daily issue. We really enjoyed Kallithea and make note that everything is extremely affordable and the locals really wonderfully welcoming. The village has lots of supermarket, bakery and shopping options - and there are plenty of restaurants serving delicious fresh meals. I stayed with my teenage daughter and it was equally enjoyed by us both.

Kallithea is probably the best location to stay in Cassandra / Chalkidiki. We traveled the whole towns is Cassandra. You can get what you want in Kallithea. Sun, sea, sandy beaches, restaurants, shopping, night life .

Kallithea is nice tidy place with everything you need.
Kallithea is nice tidy place with everything you need. There is large Masoutis market on one side and Lidl at the entrance of the place. There are two churches, and I can say two main walking strrets with everything you need, groceryes, suveniers, very good pizza, gyros, ice cream, and good tawerns. Beach is with sand and also long shallow water with bottom also coverd in sand which is perfect for famly with kids. Thera are enough sunbeds to let, but also enough free place for your towel. Approach to the beach is steep, so consider using car since there is a free parking, or use stairs (arond 120).
Closest place (4 km away) is Afitos, with nice mediterranean look and excellent taverns, tasty gyros, and icecream. Beach is also very nice, a little wild and long but with nice sand. There is also free parking on the beach in pine trees, and if you are going to visit the place, suggestion is to park there and then take a walk to the center whch approach is very close but little steep.
We highly recommend visiting it.

I cannot enjoy by the water in May despite those 9 pools, none of them heated. Also dinner to late for our habits (after 7pm), we didn’t have the opportunity to book only breakfast.

It is great place, people are firendly, food is wonderfull (the best after Turkish ;-)) beaches are beatifull. The only thing is VERY crawded. If you go to beaches late (afternoon) you can not find a sun bed even. Some beaches are very tight designed. Sun bed prices differs from free (as you spend anything) up to 60 euro for set.
The prices are slightly more expensive than Thssos.

The hotel had everything that you needed and was very clean. The location is superb, within short walking distance to the beach and the strip. There is a supermarket next door.
The hosts were friendly and fabulous with nothing being too much trouble. They even very kindly let me stay on a bit later when checking out. Over and above service! I was so pleased especially since the price was so reasonable for a solo traveller.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
Maria was very pleasant and friendly. She provided us with all necessary information that we needed during our stay. The apartment is comfortable for our short stay. Although some kitchen equipment is a bit older, it is functional. I could say that this peninsula has one of the nicest beach in Greece. This apartment is highly recommended.
Everything is as described and pictured. It's clean. There are necessary utensils. Table and chairs on the patio. Everything is great. The beach is gorgeous! Walk 11 minutes. For a vacation with children - the best beach! There is a public playground not far from the hotel. We liked everything!
Nice hotel, close to the Kallithea beach and close to the shops and restaurants.
The room was fair size, only bathroom was a small, but this is normal for Greece.
The pool was exceptionaly clean and nice to have.
Brand new hotel everything is perfect, clean and spacious rooms and excellent staff. For sure will be back here when I come again to Kalithea because its the best hotel in the area
