Very close to the beach. Extremely helpful personal from Bangladesh. Clean and spacious. Super view and good AC. super WiFi as well. Every wish they were ready to fulfil. They washed my clothes. they helped with super heavy luggage. They were bringing me and my son dates and karak tea on the third floor. God bless them! Really super people!

Everything! We got all the information that we needed, before our stay. Very warm welcome from the crew. They cooked really good dinner for us, and arranged a fantastic boat trip were we got to see lots og turtles and dolphins. Safe area for kids, we travelled with a 4 year old, and this was really a perfect spot! Stayed for two nights, wish we stayed longer. Will definetly come back!!

Well located, near the beach and the lagoon. The facility is cozy and very comfortable, with traditional decorations but also original. The rooms are spacious and clean. Food is delicious and always fresh and abundant. But what we appreciated so much was the courtesy, availabity and kindness of the Salem, Master of the guest house. He opened us the doors to the real Omani lifestyle and attitude.

So we were unsure whether to book this or not because of the reviews here, but took the risk! The property was absolute AMAZING, the location was perfect, but the staff were unbelievable! I mentioned it’s one of our friends birthdays and he went out to FILL the villa with balloons, decorations, birthday cake, candy, and lots of other fun things for when we arrived! We all arrived at awkward timings but he made sure to meet us super early to check in. He arranged a chef to cook us a bbq, constantly made sure we were well looked after, the villa is amazing, clean, comfortable, awesome cinema room, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and there’s a steam room! Huge villa but still very homely feeling, 100% recommend and we will definitely be back soon! Again thank you so much to the staff for making sure we were well looked after and going above and beyond at every stage! You were awesome !

Al good for the price.Road is a bit tricky but it's manageable.Not close exactly to the beach,5min walk but none of the properties is close as it's conservation area.Very quite and peaceful.
