The hotel is very nice, the reception staff are exceptional. Jitka and Theresa were very welcoming, which is so nice after a long drive from the airport. They were also very helpful knowledgeable regarding the local area. The hotel feels very open and spacious with nice Decor. The restaurant was also very good, as were the staff, I think its a constant theme throughout the hotel.
This family-run guesthouse on the outskirts of Zlín is built in a rustic Wallachian style. It offers free Wi-Fi and a restaurant serving Czech cuisine as well as Moravian and Wallachian specialities.

The property was immaculate. There were plenty facilities for making tea and coffee. The location was also very good for a walking into Zlin. Very easy to access as a code is sent prior to arrival for the gate and the door. Excellent secure parking.

Amazing city with world-class modernist architecture (I especially recommend Bata's Memorial, the interior is breathtaking), the museum and gallery in Bata's Institute are worth recommending too. Don't come there if you don't like modern architecture though, there are barely any buildings older than 100 years.

Baťa's skyscraper (n. 21) – rooftop view, coffee bar.
Baťa's Institute 14|15 with museum with exposure called "BAŤA PRINCIPLE: FANTASY TODAY, REALITY TOMORROW" – note: not opened in Monday. The same for Baťa's Monument above the Interhotel.
We eat once in Makalu Nepal restaurant. I had coffee in Coffeshop Company on náměstí Míru (square). We visited cinema too.
Next time I will arrange more time for the museum (1h).

We were there over Christmas and unfortunately everything shuts down from midday Christmas Eve until the 27th. The restaurant in our hotel was open and had a fantastic menu. Service was excellent. The wine bar opened at 3 on the 26th and it is a must. One of the best things in town. Just around the corner from our hotel.
