Very central to the town, shops and restaurants. A straightforward check in and friendly staff. The hotel was clean and tidy with a great breakfast. We had the misfortune to be here when the flood happened, the hotel staff were amazing in dealing with the situation and looking after the guest given the disaster that was unfolding. Don't delay, just book in

Breakfast would have been nice if the coffee machine had been working properly. Wellness/sauna is definitely the main advantage

The villa itself was nice. Lady in the reception was very kind and helpful. Location in general was pretty good. Breakfast even though provided by separate legal entity was tasty and offer was sufficient.

Very nice small, moutain city of borderland between Czech and Poland. Nice small and compact city center. Visit the hill with Priessnitz balneotherapy park and the mountain of Zlaty Hloum/Devil rocks.

Loved the location, views, room, bathroom, cosy bar, food, lovely breakfast. We were able to hike directly from the hotel and hired mountain bikes from Jesenik. We travelled without a car and the local taxi company got us to and from the station with no fuss. Would definitely recommend.
cute little apartment with all amenities you might need for your stay. good spot for your sport adventures in Jeseniky. no issues with parking and it's pet friendly (small fee required).
The spa area is nice for a small hotel like that. The room was spacious.
The view was great, and it must be amazing to have a small exit towards the garden in the summer.
