+ We stayed 2 nights with our dog. The location of the accommodation was very pleasant, as there is a sandy path through the forest right behind the apartments leading to the sea. A beautiful walk (1.5 km/20 mins) will take you to a very peaceful spot by the sea.
+ Comfortable accommodation at an affordable price.

Nice location. 15 mins walk in the woods and you arrive at a fab beach. Pleasant walks through nice woodlands.
On the other side, 5 minutes walk, bars and restaurants. Pleasant walking around.
Room, huge and has everything you need. Only niggling thing is the shower area is a bit of a squeeze when opening and closing the door. Also a tad slippery.
Wellness, pool isn’t huge. Hot tub available. Some of the facilities didn’t work. Sauna, not huge but very effective.
Breakfast, massive selection.
Worth walking the length of the promenade, especially towards the forest. Nice coffee, ice cream, restaurants and a sandwich wagon selling freshly smoked fish.

Hel peninsula helps you slow down and relax.
Hel peninsula helps you slow down and relax. There is a lot to discover. The town of Hel with fishermen musem and fokarium. Military fortresses hidden in the forests with the both military and ethnographic exhibitions. Boat trips to Gdynia and Gdansk. It is better to use car as little as possible, there is only one road with quite a lot traffic. Foot, bicycle, train and ships are better options. Some travellers may find place too cold, but that is Baltic sea.

Amazing beaches and forest.
Amazing beaches and forest. For walking, biking or running in the nature is great. But food is quite limited in options and quality. Not good fish to eat although it is by the seaside... Needs some bars also to have nice drinks.
Nice place to stay in quiet and relaxing area. As hotel is located on peninsula's very end part, there is very small amount of traffic on the streets.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is clean and comfy. Extremely good breakfast. And yes, good restaurant with perfect menu.
Perfect lokaction with parking . . I'm not demanding person but i paid 60 % of the price in similar hotel . . Coming from Slovenia and have room available when I arrive is also worth something . .
The apartment ADMIRAL NELSON is a perfect spot to stay in Hel. It's spacious and clean, located just 5 min to the port. The owner was kind and helpful during check-in. I vividly recommand.
Very spacious. Soft and comfortable beds bonus after all that walking on the beach.
We visited Hel in more quiet months however I was nicely surprised how quiet it was in the building.
