Good modern hotel in quiet cul de sac off a main road, and reasonably easy to find via satnav. Unloading and loading outside the hotel was excellent with a small elevator to reception area. Paid parking (not reserved) was just away from the hotel, but staff were very helpful in guiding the car to the private garage which was not needed again during 3 nights stay!
Reception staff were lovely and our dog was made welcome! The Junior suite and balcony was not a large room and the views were over Seville rooftops with a glimpse of the Giralda Tower were interesting!! But still nice to have a balcony.
The location is walkable to most major sites, the closest one being the Setas de la Encarnación! Plenty of cafes and restaurants are also within walking distance with some lovely breakfast places about 5 minutes away!
The suite was clean and comfortable with a king size bed and good bathroom facilities and housekeeping!

Seville is a city that lends itself perfectly to just wandering around and soaking up the atmosphere. And there is plenty of atmosphere to be soaked up.
People watching is very much a pastime here, and all over Seville restaurants teem with well-heeled locals enjoying a laidback coffee or cerveza under the shade of a citrus tree.
The city also has its fair share of must-see sights. Top of the list is Plaza de España whose monumental, semi-circular building is elaborately decorated with Andalusian tiles. Also typically Andalusian is the Seville Bull Ring, though what goes on inside may not be to everyone’s taste. The resting place of Christopher Columbus, UNESCO World Heritage-listed Seville Cathedral is an awe-inspiring structure whose vast vaults provide welcome relief from the heat of the day.
But it’s after dark that things really start to heat up. Streets pulse to the rhythm of flamenco, and with more bars per inhabitant than anywhere else in Europe, there’s no shortage of choice for nightlife.
Just on the outskirts of the city is Seville Airport. Public transport from here provides easy access to the array of Seville hotels, guest houses and apartments that Booking.com has to offer.

So beautiful- the architecture and history of the city was stunning. We were lucky though, it was only 24/28 degrees on the 2 days we visited - the heat makes a major difference in visiting this amazing city

Our second visit and we loved the place.
Our second visit and we loved the place. A very walkable city with loads (and I mean loads) of places to eat and drink. Lots of great shops for my wife. Some really nice architecture. A bit disappointed with the Plaza Espana which we've seen before, as the centre of it was set up for a concert the next night. I think there are going to be a few more so might be worth checking if there is one before you visit. Visited quite a few Spanish cities and this is our favourite..we will be going back.
Maybe I shouldn't say this but my advice is...DON'T GO TO CORDOBA. It's known for pickpockets and quite frankly the historic area just isn't worth it.

Seville is a very interesting small city.
Seville is a very interesting small city. Full of architectural and historical buildings. We enjoyed walking around and finding lots of beautiful courtyards and squares. It is very clean and it felt safe. It has great public transport infrastructure. We appreciated the sunshades in the main shopping street. We felt the restaurants were affordable. And we enjoyed walking by the river in the evenings.

Seville is a stunning city with things to see every few metres, we have visited before and will always go back. I’d particularly suggest a Saturday night stay as the bars, ice cream shops and walkways buzz with locals and tourists alike.
Seville is a safe city and easy to navigate on foot with too much to see in one visit and likely have you coming back for more.

The sights were worth visiting for enthusiasts of history,...
The sights were worth visiting for enthusiasts of history, architecture and green spaces, which were all in walking distance of our hotel.
The downside was the cost of food, lovely tho it was, we found the prices double to what we are used to in our little Spanish village in the Valencia Province.
We would try to find locally used restaurants as opposed to ones in the very 'touristy' locations.
Also, every restaurant we sat in had 'street musicians' playing for you and asking for payment - not just one, but various groups throughout the lunchtime or evening. Also there appeared to be a lot of homeless people asking for food or money to buy food.
What a fantastic old little boutique hotel, fantastically located in the best part of the old town. Easy walk to everywhere. We parked our car and didn't touch it for 3 days! Be prepared to taxi or walk with wheelie bags to hotel, stopping nearby is tricky but that's the price of its glorious location. We had an elderly relative with us and best of all it has an elevator and a fabulous roof terrace. Staff were lovely and always willing to help us.
Location was great - if you arrive by air, the airport shuttle takes you right to the old town area and the hotel is within 5min walk. It’s super close to the Real Alcazar and cathedral and we were able to take some short rest in between the visit in our room - quite a relief in the hot Seville summer. The Lukanda team has been very responsive to address any questions we had.
One of the best hotel Apartment in Spain have been to Spain many times have been to many hotels this Apartment is one of the best they got a swimming pool with an amazing view with privacy rooms are nice and super clean bed is super comfortable everything was perfect highly recommended if i go to Seville again will definitely book with them again .
The location in the old town is great, easy to walk to shops, the Setas, the river etc. Staff were very friendly on check in and the room was clean.
If you can cope with the temperatures in Seville and want to spend all your time sightseeing before an easy walk to a pleasant hotel to sleep, it is perfect.
Absolutely fabulous hotel in the centre of Old Town Seville, lovely roof terrace and the staff were friendly and really helpful with any questions. Our room was spacious and very clean
