We got a room with a beautiful view of Escalera Mountain Range. The sunsets were spectacular. The room, and the lodge in general is full of art pieces that give a unique touch to the property. Ah! they have an amazing library where you can spend time reading about history, art, ethnobotany, etc. All with an impressive view of the landscape. Breakfast was excellent with home-made bread and jam(!).

We loved the pool! Breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the fact that there was often parrots around looking for scraps. There is a cafe and a restaurant within the complex, so it's easy to relax. Our room was great - clean and comfortable.
