The staff were very friendly and polite going over and above to ensure I was happy. The reception staff especially Miss Koong and Miss Nice were attentive offering us the opportunity to take part in the holiday celebrations providing us with a flower arrangement. This is my second time here, I knew what to expect, I love the location, close to everything, food, transport, entertainment etc so that is a big plus, the staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is back on again after the Covid break, basic but good, all in all, happy with my stay

First of all, the location is surrounded by many restaurants, massage shops, and easy to go shopping.
The hotel itself good choice of restaurants and I loved 'On the Road' and a rooftop bar(Gravity Lounge)which was great at a pretty price and attentive service from staffs.
The room was big enough and the view was fine too.

There is a good food court at Terminal 21.Plenty of things to do in the area. Lots of restaurants, outdoor food markets. Lots of shops and enough bars to wait for the other half.
The beach is good and you can get a foot massage while the kids have a swim.

Pattaya has something for everybody from good beaches and...
Pattaya has something for everybody from good beaches and watersports to world class hotels and simple rooms. You can do Pattaya on any budget you want it is more expensive now than it used to be but it is definitely still cheaper than Europe
Thai people welcome tourists the place is safe but you must respect the royal family and their religion not a lot to ask.
Street food is very cheap and everywhere and you can get good food for a couple of pounds for less than £20 you can do a lunchtime buffet at the Hilton. All tastes and budgets are catered for.
A beer will set you back £1.50 and up depending where you drink again all budgets are catered for.
Taxi from Bangkok to pattaya is about 90minutes and will cost about £30 so again cheap. If you need time outside of pattaya you can visit several different islands or smaller resorts that are close by.

I've been to Thailand many times over the last 10 years and this is only hotel that is as described. Spotless like new, state of the art air conditioning, shower perfect for everyone's needs. 32inch smart TV. Staff give a warm welcome. You will need Thb 1000 deposit on arrival against damage to the room. All the local aminaties within 2 minutes walk. Next door is Cheap Charlie's a English owned Bar Restaurant, here you can have all your home favourites for less than 200 Thb.
The location is excellent, with a walkway from hotel to the beach road and close to Pattaya Central shopping mall. The suite was spacious with a good corner balcony. Make sure you book the new rooms as the old side of the hotel is very run down and we had to demand to be changed to better room.
Great location. Walking street is a short 5 min stroll, Tree Town, Soi 6, LK Metro, Beer Town, Myth Night, Terminal 21 short motorbike ride. Lots of street vendors around. Across the street from Beach Road, 7-11 practical connected to the property. Guest Friendly.
