A quiet town, there isn't much to do here other than the sleepy seaside. But we love the friendly, slow vibe and always have great food and drinks at "Super Duper" that we can take to the beach and watch the sunset. SPOT is also a wonderful place to meet friends and take surfing or kite surfing lessons! Very chill, not fancy, but sometimes that's just what you want!

A small town on the northwest coast of Taiwan, Zhunan is home to the SPOT beach surf club and accompanying restaurant, Super Duper. We love this beach spot because it's never too crowded. You can swim, you can kite surf, or do another wide array of water sports (just visit SPOT beach club for gears or lessons!) It's a very windy beach, but there are shady spots to sit above, a gorgeous walking path, bathrooms and showers. At SPOT beach bar in the evening, there is often live bands and fun events overlooking the ocean. A wonderful day trip for people in central or northern Taiwan!
