Room was excellent and really cosy, staff and dogs in the pub were very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were both very appreciative of the extra lengths staff went to accommodate my partner who is lactose intolerant and vegan. Bathroom and bed were great, throughly pleasant stay
Staff are amazing and must be some of the friendliest I've ever experienced in a Hotel. Gym facilities where very good and again the staff were brilliant. Great location if during your stay you are looking at visiting Bristol, Bath & areas of Somerset.
The staff were very welcoming and cheerful. The room was well presented and the beds comfortable. The dining room was light and bright. The grounds around the hotel, including a nine hole golf course, were particularly nice for an after dinner stroll.
