Buying a day pass (train and bus) ticket was good for using trains and buses. London Bridge and its surroundings were the area of interest. It was not a good experience to have dinner at Shezan Food & Catering, 130 Ilford Lane IG1 2LE. The food was not fresh. This restaurant heated old food in the microwave and gave it to us. They didn't accept the payment through my credit card. They asked to pay them in cash. Also, they did not provide the invoice for the cash payment they received.

Went to the theatre and took a bus from Kensington High Street which took an hour but had planned for that. Ate at "Happy" restaurant. Very tasty food at a reasonable price. Entertained by the staff with a Greek dance! They were all very helpful and polite. I always avoid the underground which is always packed and of course you miss the sights. The bus drivers have improved, they are now quite helpful and cheerful!

The Location very close to London tube station Holborn the Central and Piccadilly Lines. Heathrow to Piccadilly short walk to hotel, perfect. It’s a smaller hotel, close to Covent Garden, West End theatres and Oxford St shops. Free bottles to fill with water, walk in shower (our rooms had this). Breakfast is available we did not try, there are a few places nearby to get your breakfast, cheaper too.

Location, price, cleanliness is a big one! I've stayed in the cheaper hotels in London and they have been horrible. This is the execption. Keep up the cleanliness and fair price. I will keep coming back. Great for lone travellers, maybe a couple of friends in town for a show or concert. I probably wouldn't stay here for a holiday with my family.
