A fantastic place to visit. Lovely historic town like York. Fantastic shops and places to eat. The town is very clean and people very welcoming and friendly. We park in Bittoms car park which is great for walking into town centre and you pay on return to car park.

It was very difficult to get around Kingston upon Thames and we were unable to find the river at all, which is why we'd visited in the first place! It was pouring with rain and there was no cafe in the area where we parked up, so we ducked in to Sainsbury's for a couple of sandwiches. We shan't visit again. However, Bushey Park and its deer was a wonderful surprise and our visit to Hampton Court Palace interesting.

We chose this because we wanted to visit Hampton Court Palace. After a superb evening meal at our hotel The White Hart we went for a wander over the bridge where we discovered a lively area of restaurants & bars with a great atmosphere. Also found out about a river boat trip that could take us to Hampton Court. We were able to book tickets online for the next day. And a 5 minute walk from the hotel is a train station that takes you to Waterloo.

Although we were on the top floor, the lovely gentleman helped with our baggage. Being close to parks for afternoon walks, close to Kingston Upon Thames and Hampton Court Palace. Staff were ver helpful and our beds were super comfortable.
We didn’t take breakfast there, but the coffee was good. The location is excellent. Right next to Richmond Park. Only a short drive from Hampton Court. We could have walked into Kingston from the hotel.
Great friendly staff at check in. I travel with two dogs and they have made it impossible for me to book anywhere else as this hotel is by far the best in London for comfort and facilities
Very professional staff and perfect location for visiting Kingston upon Thames. Everything literally on the hotel doorstep.
Great big bed and super comfy
