A wonderful warm welcome from all the staff. Underground car parking. Warm, small but well planned and serviced room (desk, luggage area, wardrobe, fridge) exceptionally clean. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Great cappuccinos.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, bright colours, comfortable beds, places to seat, good and hot shower, friendly staff, breakfast selection was just Ok
The location suited us, as we stopped only for one night, while traveling south by car. Gas station, and kids playground are right near the hotel. Still it takes only 10-15 mins by car to get to the center of Luzern for a nice walk and dinner.
The room had everything needed, the staff is friendly and helpful.
Nothing the room smelled bad, asked to change the room and they wouldn’t. Reception staff came to room agreed it smelled bad but couldn’t do anything about it. Was quite late when we arrived . Too late to fine an other hotel. I have asthma and this room made me ill.
Indoor and outdoor playground!! Definitely a paradise for children. Location is close to highway, easily reached by car. Large parking space. Only 20 minutes bus ride to Lucerne and the hotel provide tourist card for guests so we can take the bus for free.
