I loved the cool, refreshing climate of Baguio, which made it a perfect escape from the heat of the lowlands. The scenic views, and the peaceful ambiance, really added to the charm. I also enjoyed exploring the vibrant markets, with their fresh produce and unique local products. The blend of nature and culture in Baguio makes it a truly special place.

We have been their 3 times and going at Christmas time was my favorite. We went to John Hay for dinner and it was so nice and decorated and the steak and meal were perfect. It was probably my favorite memory living here in Tarlac for 18 months. I so love the cooler climate and less traffic and trikes.

I live in Benguet and Baguio is where I spent most of my childhood and college days. Since I left the Philippines to work abroad, it feels nostalgic every time I am back for vacation. And every time I am home, Baguio never ceases to amaze me with the pristine, ecological parks where pine trees thrive and a climate I always cherish.

I already know for sure that in this time of the year, December, Baguio could be really crowded and the traffic will be worse. So we decided to plan our trip a bit early, 1st week of December, and that was the most smart thing to do. The traffic was fair almost none. the crowd was mostly locals, the tourist population was manageable. Getting taxis and Grab was very fast and convenient. The weather was a bit gloomy, and it did rain at the end of our trip, thankfully. Though for the most part, the weather was perfectly fine. We had a great time.
Getting around tourist spots were a breeze since there are many Grab and taxis. Plus all of them are very friendly compare to some drivers in Manila. We hit restaurants and coffee shops like Chaya, Rebel Bakehouse, Farmer's Daughter, Foam coffee. You might want to try them as well.

Of course it's Baguio, summer capital of the Philippines.
Of course it's Baguio, summer capital of the Philippines. We usually go there starting the cold season just to bask in the weather. Baguio is a good place to go to if you're looking to escape the generally hot weather in the Philippines. It offers great views of nature. Whether you're seeking solace and quiet or doing the shopping, clubbing circuit, Baguio has a lot to offer. No place for boredom here. And the food, there's no end to the newly built cafes in and around the city. You just need to google or go to IG to find them. Being all that, we come to the not so good thing about Baguio--the traffic. So be prepared to walk a lot in the city, less in the outskirts but if you're caught in rush hour traffic, don't say I didn't warn you. All in all if you're going to the Philippines, Baguio should be top of your list.

The food and weather in baguio during my stay was perfect. Not too cold and not too hot. There’s a lot of talented artists in Baguio. You should visit the night market and check out their food. Overall Baguio is a place that i want to visit again.

I like that it's near Burnham and everything is just several minutes walk from the place, I can easily get a cab ride to restaurants I wanted to go.
People are friendly and are helpful, security wise I felt really safe staying here.
Price for money I got mine for 1900 per day, and I must say its not cheap, but definitely better than spending the same amount with old, and overpriced hotels I checked out prior to this property.
I'd definitely stay here if I am ever back to Baguio.
G1 was a great spot to stay in. It was around 5 minutes away from Session Road and SM City Baguio. It had ample options for food and stores within the vicinity.
The staff were great, very polite and accommodating. Kudos to them actually, they're the best hotel staff I've ever encountered. They were also apologetic about the whole rooftop repairs and airconditioning thing. I think it was just out of luck that we experienced that.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Holiday Inn is an international brand and it is clean, cozy and comfortable abroad and even in Holiday Inn Manila.I will never stay in this Baguio hotel ever again.
Affordability, it's the most cheapest one out there. Nothing can beat it when it comes to price. Also the location, it's near burnham park, it's in the heart of everything in baguio.
The property is easy to find, with a great location accessible to the busy areas of baguio city. The room is clean and smelled good. Essentials stores are just outside the hotel.
