This is best to consider as a gateway to the altai mountains. In fact that is what it is known for, the unofficial moto is "the gateway to altai". But this is not a good tourist spot otherwise. There are a couple of little things to do there, I would say, you can easily exhaust all cultural tourist spots in two or three days. If you are an avid ice hockey enthusiast, this city has produced more nhl players of note, than its size would normally warrant))) the people here are very welcoming and warm

Beautiful hotel, in my opinion best one in the city, with the modern rooms, perfect amenities and friendly staff. Coming from the hospitality industry myself, I would highly recommend this hotel to whoever is traveling, bonus point to the English speaking staff who was very helpful in small things.
Would like to suggest transfer options which can be added to the room extras in case if there’s no cash or if travelers don’t know about Yandex app.
This hotel is new and amazing. The architecture is beautiful. The rooms are expansive and beautifully decorated. This was by far the biggest hotel room I've had in Kazakhstan. The staff was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here. And being on the river and the walkway was a bonus.
