I really liked the room and the location of this hotel. Although it is a shortish walk from the station ( about 15 - 20 minutes), the walk passes through Kofu castle ruins which is a nice place to walk and explore( please note there is steps here so not ideal if you have a lot of luggage).
The staff at the hotel are helpful, and the shops are about 2 minutes walk away. There is a bus stop close by as well, for exploring further afield.
Staff were helpful and friendly and had detailed info about bike renting options in Kofu at check in (I had mentioned this when booking) - unlike most hotels, they remembered this; I liked the bath powder (among the facilities) in the lobby; I made use of the microwave and ice machine; spacious bathroom; window opened (nice to find this in Japanese hotels)...
Staff very kind, alll was ok but standard in this price should be higher.. Car park was full and had to park a bit away from hotel, but at least was free 👌
Breakfast maybe not a big selection but fair enough and suits us. All depends who like what. Was a bit continental and Japan style.
The Onsen, twin room, breakfast and the night soba supper. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is not near the station it is a manageable walk away.
