Gorgeous setting, right in front of the beach. As no one else was swimming , it felt like a private beach to us :-) very modern and clean, beautifully designed. Well equipped small kitchen and modern, comfortable bathroom with laundry machine. The soy sauce museum was our highlight ! :-)

I reserved a room last minute and the owner welcomed me very nicely. She made it a very comfortable stay for me. I'm glad I made changes to my schedule since it gave me a chance to stay there. Highly recommend if you are traveling on your own for a quick cheap stay.

Tori is a wonderful host. He picked us up from the ferry and returned us to the port on our departure. Irifune is a lovely quaint destination, right on the water's edge. Our room was a rustic Japanese style with tatami mats and futons. We had beautiful views of Angel Road. As well as a private bathroom there is the added bonus of separate male and female onsen style indoor bathing areas. These were a great way to relax after a day's adventuring.

Great value for money, located right by the port, with great access to the rest of the island. The host was friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to help, despite the langugage barrier (which with a little google translate, really isn't so much a barrier nowadays anyway).
