The staff was very friendly and helpful. From the start they did a great job at accomodating us to all our needs. The food at the hotel was great and the location was just perfect. We just cannot say anything negative about our stay at Salt Lick.

The location was perfect for the purpose of our trip. The bed was really fantastic, and overall very good value for money. The breakfast was up to standard for the amount charged. We will use Lavender Garden Hotel again if we are in the area.
Game tours were my favorite activities at Tsavo.
We were booked on full board at Salt Lick Resort and I can confirm that the food was delicious.
It is very easy to go around Tsavo. I drove around myself, though I was given a guide for the game tours.

Very rewarding park, One of my favorites in Kenya, have visited a number of parks. Huge number of elephants, more than Amboseli, but don't miss Amboseli! Great scenery. Would suggest adding a day to you itinerary, so you don't regret it!
