The property assets / infrastructure were good - however the management of staff was very lax, room cleaning service was irregular, nobody would pick up the phone (reception, housekeeping, room service) before 7 am; People would start work only at 7am, so no hot water any day before 7am or evening; Last day we had to leave at 3am early morning - load shedding - no lights, noone to put on the generator, we came down from the 4th floor with our own luggage using phone torch - the person on night duty was sleeping on the floor in the reception area. This despite me having informed him the previous night that I was leaving at 3am. Did not have our bath the previous day evening or the same day before 3am due to nonavailability of hot water.
