Brussels is well-known as the headquarters of many European institutions and is often called the capital of Europe. However, Belgian waffles, beer and chocolate are just a few of the city’s best-known delicacies that can rival its political reputation.
French and Dutch are city’s two official languages so all streets and landmarks have two different names: don’t be surprised when you look for Grand Place and end up on Grote Markt!
Don’t miss the famous bronze statue aptly named Manneken Pis or the futuristic Atomium, a truly unique architectural creation. Wandering through side streets to discover small bookshops, romantic cafés and ethnic restaurants reveals Brussel's charm.
Brussels is a real melting pot of Europe, filled with great museums and art from Memling, Bosch or Rubens, historic breweries and great concert halls. Shopping addicts can visit the world’s first shopping mall, the Saint Hubert Gallery, opened here in 1847.
If you’re arriving at Brussels Airport or South Charleroi Airport, all major attractions are just a short train or bus ride away. Whether you’re looking for a design hotel, a comfortable apartment or a friendly B&B, Booking.com has something perfect for your Brussels trip.
Very vibrant city during these first days of January.
Very vibrant city during these first days of January. I can imagine in Summer Brussel is just something else. We enjoyed the scenery but did not enjoy hop on hop off; busses were just too cold. Experience was not the best.

Brussels is a beautiful city with an amazing rail system and plenty of dining options.
The Christmas markets were incredible, and the winter atmosphere was truly magical.
The people are warm-hearted, making it a wonderful place to visit. It’s also home to my daughter now who is studying there, which makes it even more special. There is still so much more to explore in this vibrant city."

Brussels city centre and attractions are worth a visit...
Brussels city centre and attractions are worth a visit December / January beautiful city markets and lighting. The City Council needs to make a better effort managing city garbage collection as the constant rubbish and garbage placed on the footpaths are a turn off. The pick pockets are a problem and the overwhelming smell and people using concrete walls as urinals leaves a heavy stench in the air especially around the main train station and public areas. Brussels known as the capital of the European Union, one would have expected it to be the most beautiful and clean city. Needs alot of work in the sanitation area. Would I visit again... No

The room was very spacious and very clean. the bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent with a great water pressure. One of the best I have seen in a hotel! I would recommend this hotel, conveniently located close to the De Brouckere metro station and the Grand Place. Touristy location, less of a business location but everything is easy to access in Brussels, so not a problem. Despite being located in a noisy area of Brussels, the room was very silent (no problem sleeping at night or focusing on work)
Staff at the reception are extremely helpful and friendly. Big cudos to them! Rooms are standard and functional. Location is close to the Brussels Luxembourg train station next to the EU parliament and a 15 min walk to the grand place city center main square. Place de Luxembourg next to the hotel offers several restaurant/bar options. Very safe environment.
I come to Brussels for business regularly and I stayed in this hotel several times. The hotel is a good compromise between the price and location. Easy to reach from the airport by train, easy to walk to the city centre. Good breakfast selection with decent coffee, kettle, fridge and hairdryer in the room.
The best thing about this hotel is undoubtedly its location—just a short walking distance from Brussels' iconic Grand Place, which makes it perfect for exploring the city center. The room size was great and the beds very comfortable.
The hotel is located perfectly in the city center and is literally only a 5-15 minute walk away from all major tourist spots in Brussels. The hotel staff were really helpful and accommodating. The facilities were also really good.
