The room was large, comfortable, quiet and with nice furniture and decoration. The bed was really good. The bathroom was big and nice, although we took some time to find the way to lower a curtain which closed the view of the bathroom from the rest of the room. The location was convenient, and the parking place closeby and not too expensive. Breakfast was excellent. The staff, apparently made of a single lady not always on the premises (but we were definitely during the off-season), was extremely nice and friendly. Everything worked OK.

A quaint little town with an artist's flair. The Passiontheater is definitely worth a visit, the walk down through the streets visiting artisans and shops is such a treat. Don't miss St. Peter and Paul church. We had planned to visit the Alpine coaster but spent too much time just walking around the town. We even stopped, out of curiosity, to eat at a Mexican restaurant. It was pretty good! I would love to visit during the August Feuer und Flame event some day.

The hotel is right at the center of Oberammergau and hence all attractions are within walking distance. The room was very spacious with two levels as indicated in the booking. The mountain views were truly beautiful. The staff was very friendly and even guided us as and when required.
The breakfast could probably be improved to include various other options like Vegan, Salmon etc.

The owner of the hotel is very helpful and kind. The breakfast is very good and freshly fried or cooked eggs were available every morning.
